Premiered in the Nidaros Cathedral and NRK Radio in 2015 by Mari Eriksmoen, soprano, Johannes Weisser, baritone, Det norske Solistkor, Trondheim Sinfonietta and conductor Eivind Gullberg Jensen (opening concert – St. Olaf Festival). German première in Münchner Dom, November 2015 by Andrea Lauren Brown, soprano, Christian Hilz, baritone, Domchor München, Junge Domkantorei München, Münchner Domorchester and conductor, Domkapellmeisterin Lucia Hilz.

Opera-Oratorio in Two Acts. Libretto in English by Jessica Gordon For 5 soloists (mezzo soprano, 2 tenors, baritone, bass), mixed choir and orchestra.
Commissioned by the St. Olaf Festival. Premiered in the Nidaros Cathedral and NRK Radio in 2008. Released on CD with soloists Johannes Weisser, Anna Einarsson, Nils Harald Sødal, Fredrik Akselberg and Lars Johansson Brissmann, the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra and Vocal ensemble conducted by Tönu Kaljuste. The CD was released by 2L in 2012, and was nominated for an American Grammy in the category Best Opera Recording.
